My philosophy is anything but simple. I don't want to be the guy who comes in, fixes the problem and then leaves. I want to become part of your business strategy. By working with you over time, I will observe how you use your computers, and make an effort to learn what your business is, and then use that knowledge to suggest other ways that the technology can help you run things.

As a small business owner, you don’t have time to be doing software maintenance and researching technical information to find a better way. Often times computer professionals like me are exposed to a wide range of different technologies that can be used in a variety of ways. We often learn of some little software package or computer peripheral that appears to have a unique application until one day, a couple of years later, we see a use in your business.

In short, I will make every effort to make sure that not only are you using your existing technology to it’s maximum, but I will also make sure to provide you with options on tools that you may not know about. Remember that even a 1% increase in efficiency is money in the bank (or your pocket)!
